I’ve been here multiple times and have had amazing results! I’ve been going for two years. Today I went and I had my eyebrows done by a different woman. She made them so thin and extremely uneven to the point I was in tears in my vehicle. I’m really upset because I know the owner does a fantastic job. I’m so disappointed this new hire did my eyebrows.

I only trust Pal to do my eyebrows. I’ve been getting them done by her for years (even before she moved to the current location). She always shapes my eyebrows perfectly. After each session, she always has me double check to make sure they’re exactly how I want them. I never leave feeling unhappy. I always leave with a confidence boost.

Was here today, what a great little place! The owner did my brows and did a great job, I am very happy. They have great hours especially for working people. Plenty of time to get services after work. Very friendly and quick. She was very thourough getting every little hair!

That isn’t true. I’m the owners daughter. As I was finishing up a customer, a family of 3 came and they were speaking bad about me in Spanish which I understood but I still treated the family with respect and took care of their daughter. The mother did step on my shoe but I said it was okay. Her husband was harassing me and threatened to step on my foot. They were all harassing me. And she is right my mom wasn’t here, if she was then this harassing wouldn’t have happened because they took advantage of that. I had a choice to refuse service or call security for them harassing me but I still chose to be respectful. In my 6 years of experience of doing this, I have never had a customer who threatened to hurt me like that.

Lovely place! I have a problem with growing out one of my eyebrows and the owner was super kind and helpful about it. I was able to buy a rejuvinating oil for only 10 bucks to help fix the problem. Fantastic place! I will be back!

She completely ruined my brows. They were uneven and my shape was completely messed up. I was crying on the way back home because of how bad they looked. Won’t be able to thread for months thanks to this place. Do not go here for your brows!!
