Absolutely THE worst nail salon in Uniondale. Poor customer service, unfriendly, unaccomadation. Ignore customer complaints or request. Ask nail tech to fix polish, completely ignored me and my request. Also happened to 3 other customers the same time. Owners do not greet you or ask what you would like done. Other male owner came out with long sticks in his hand to deal with a customer who waited for 2 hours to get pedicure but her spot was given to a late appt, leaving customer to wait even longer.

If i could give them ZERO stars I would. They are the most unprofessional and disrespectful nail salon I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not only was the job horrible, as I told them I didn’t like it, they pretended to not hear me. The owners treat their workers as if they are nothing. When i asked for pricing they decided to tell me it was higher than normal even tho the pricing was clearly stated on the wall. As i proceeded to tell them that I was not pleased the male owner began screaming in my face and pushing up his body against me. Disgusting. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO BACK. EVER.

We show up and I’ve been sitting here for over 1.5 hrs and no end in sight. Disrespectful of people’s time and I will never come back here. If I could I’d give a negative starzzzzzz..they don’t even own dryers .. they say “blow honey blow” and I be like “ling ling honey noo me no like” and they ask like they don’t hear and they keep going. Also there Chinese friends next door who own the Chinese stop Lowkey have people hiding in the back cutting up animals … and they look at u as if they never seen black people before
