Unfortunately I purchased the laser hair removal package. The perfect scam is telling customers to purchase directly through their office instead of Groupon. I asked for a refund for unused sessions and the owner said she had to contact Groupon. When purchasing she’s saying Groupon takes too much of her money. The truth is Groupon issues refunds and who knows if I’ll be refunded for unused sessions. I was told over and over again I was too dark and to bleach my skin was the recommendation. I felt very unwelcome enduring these comments.

Bought 6 laser treatment on Groupon for underarms on my last treatment AliA burned me I had to go to the doctor I sent pictures to them they never did anything this place is a rip off after the 6treatment or any treatment they tell you you need more and want you to pay and they also want you to tip them is not even a year and this service supposed to last years don’t waste your money it don’t work and the hair is still there the treatment did nothing these people are very unprofessional and reschedule your appts all the time don’t go here i would post my photos as proof but I’m embarrassed of the burns and the scars I’m left with but I’m looking into this business further

I purchased a groupon for 6 sessions. They don’t require their clients to wear masks while waiting in the lobby, which made me very uncomfortable. Also they don’t wear masks behind the desk. The owner walked out into the lobby not wearing a mask, getting close to a client, touching skin without mask or gloves on while I was sitting in the lobby which is small. Owner argumentative with me when I brought it up but later had her staff put on masks before I walked out of the room. Owner never remembered what type of treatment she was doing on me, luckily I could just tell her. I don’t think the laser they use is as up to date because I’ve had laser services at two other locations and had much better results. She chalked it up to hormones. She also told me she was going to offer me an extended treatment service (give me one or two extra treatments) because it was taking so long to lose the hair, but on my last visit she denied that and only offered me the discount if I want touch ups – which I think was still 125 per treatment. Overall I’m dissatisfied and would not go back.

I have always had an enjoyable experience at Sculpture. Laurie and her staff care about you from the moment you walk in. She has done numerous services on me, and I have been pleased with every one of them. She is professional and knows what works with your skin type. As far as sanitation, I have not run into any concerns. I have seen their Medical Air Scrubber and UV wands that they use to keep the office clean. I always wear my mask inside, and I have seen them put on a mask if someone comes in without one. All in all, I highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed!

I got six sessions of laser hair removal for a Brazilian. From what I have researched, I should have 80% hair loss, but i will be easier and say 40%. I had 10% after 6 sessions (letting it grow out for a month)

I came here one time and to be honest the laser hair removal lady was unprofessional. However, when I called and asked if a different type of laser can be used because the treatment using the larger was not effective. Her response was Why? It’s hormonal it doesn’t matter what type of laser I’m using… WHAT!! Since then I’ve been going to Dermlounge and the laser they used was more precise, and got wonderful results!! No hair!! But it’s hormonal!! It doesn’t matter what laser is being used lol .. never again !!
