Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went multiple times to get my laser done here. Each time was extremely painful because the laser is not the best. The owner is very nice but BURNED ME. There were four patches of skin that were burned off and this left discoloration and pain. I have a high pain tolerance but told her to stop during the procedure because it was excruciatingly painful but she didn’t. She did not want to refund me the amount I had paid after I reached about my results, only partial and blamed it on me but not the machine. Since then I have tried two other laser places which were half the price and it was so painless that I didn’t even know they had started.
