I have been here for 2/3 micro-needling appointments and I must say, they are great! For 15 years I have been wanting to get rid of these acne scars and I am so happy I found this place. A special thank you to Kristina for always being so attentive and careful during each treatment! She is super experienced and I am so lucky to have her for my treatments. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Thank you guys so much!

I got some cool sculpting done by Kristina, RN and she was great. I was her very first trial for cool sculpting, so we both didn’t know what to expect. She was very sweet, personable, and constantly checked in on my comfort level. Dr. Sarma came in after each session. He was very nice and patient as he was observing Kristina. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

Most of the positive reviews focus on the staff, which is truly friendly and nice. Denise (i might got the name wrong though) was amazing and supportive through all my 6 sessions of EM Sculpt NEO. Dr. Sharma, hmmm, honestly, i would expect something different at this sort of clinic than at a regular medical office where doctors make a brief appearance. Would really like more attention from his side, but he didn’t even show up at my last session to check on me. So for the procedure itself – i think EM Sculpt NEO is a hoax, and i’m writing this review after 4 months following the last session. They say you are expected to see the results in 90 days. Well, there are NO results, nothing! Nothing changed in my routine, and i wasn’t expecting a miracle, but at least some improvement should be there even without any extra effort taken you are not doing less exercise or not eating more. So my conclusion is that it is another pretty expensive placebo type of treatment. I didn’t even go for the 90-day evaluation as it’s pretty depressing for me to realize that i wasted around $3K just for nothing.:( Think twice and read honest reviews, research independent forums, not the ones sponsored by the clinics when deciding on this procedure.

I would not recommend coming here for Botox. I went twice and both times my Botox lasted me 1 month. After the first time they told me that I just needed more so I paid the money and I got more. That wasn’t the problem, because that also only lasted 1 month. I think they need to take some more training on how to inject Botox properly. I am not new to this treatment and I have never had this issue before. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and I would not recommend wasting your money.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister comes here and she seemed happy with the care she got. I decided I would try and make an appointment. I do live in Modesto and I am also a commuter. I work same hours as e off , if she called and was not able to answer a voicemail could of been left. I knew time and distance was going to be an issue. I still wanted to try them. When I arrived , I was I formed by long dark hair girl, she canceled my appointment cause my paperwork was not turned in 24 hrs prior. I had revived a text to confirm my appointment by replying with a Y. However? I never received a message nor a text my appointment was canceled. If I had done so , I would of out drive one hour one way for fun.Then she tried to offer me and afternoon appointment. Well ig I apparently turned in my paperwork under the 24 hr rule , I should of not been offer the afternoon appointment.My sister comes here and she seemed happy with the care she got.
