Rosa is the best!! I’ve gone to her for several cuts now, and I’m so excited to say I’ve finally found someone I trust with my hair (after moving to the area 4 years ago and struggling to find someone). When I first saw her, I wanted to cut quite a bit off. I’d been letting it grow out for my wedding, but after I got married I was ready for a change. I came to her with a vision, and she executed it beautifully! We also talked about doing a fun color, and she’s walked me through that and what she feels would be best, so hopefully we can do that one day soon! She also recommended a great shampoo/conditioner for me, and not only do I love it, but my husband does now, too!

I am absolutely in love with my hair. Rosa is a perfectionist. She spent a total of almost 9 hours in two days getting the all the faded/ multi colored red out of my hair, to give me beautiful mermaid hair. I am so happy with the way it came out. She is seriously the best!

I went for a consultation with Rosa for hair highlighting suggestions. She was really patient and took the time to listen to the type of look I wanted for my hair. On the day of my appointment, she carefully blended the color I wanted and thoughtfully colored my hair, strand by strand. As a result, the highlights came out looking so natural and blended so nicely with my hair. Rosa even used a healthier alternative in which she didn’t use bleach to highlight my hair. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. After seeing reviews I went to Saloon to shape up my hair for my Birthday. I felt I should never go to Saloon once again after hair cut. I have no voice for their hair cut and I’m feeling sad. I strictly said couple of times not to cut more than 1 inch and I still don’t know how can they cut this much hair. This type of hair cut I never had in my life and it is the worst hair cut with no proper style at backside. They completely took my half of my hair grown up more than 6 months. I would not recommend this Saloon for hair cut based on my personal incident. You can see these pictures how worst they did hair cut. I cannot go outside with this haircut now.

This is a great salon. I was going to a fancy expensive full service hair salon for over a decade and two years ago I made an appointment here since it is close to my office. It’s small and simple but the stylist are so friendly and dedicated. My original stylist did such a nice job I decided to return. I was offered Vince since her days changed. Vince is an awesome colorist. Wow, he has done different services on me. Highlights, touch ups, Brazilian blow-out and even extensions for a special occasion. He has never disappointed. The service is personalized, professional, competitively priced, give this salon a chance.

I went about 3 weeks ago for a haircut. Rosa listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut. I love it! Then last Saturday she did a Brazilian blowout. It came out amazing. I have curly hair with some frizz. The results are outstanding. My hair is much easier to maintain and looks great. And everyone who works there are extremely nice. I would highly recommend Scruples and Rosa. You won’t be disappointed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used to love this place for highlights and haircuts but this last time I paid 200 for hair highlights and they totally ruined my hair.I called back into the place and spoke to Rosa and said there not showing and are not the consistent color. Rosa said she would call me back to come in and get them fixed.
