Place was clean overall. The staff were friendly, however, the service itself was mediocre. They also require you give $25 tip upfront. This allows the masseuse to put little effort in while still getting a tip. I had a prenatal massage.

Experience was okay, nothing was as described on their website. On website looks fabulous but when you get there very different. Pool amenities not that great(small) Wish we would have had a better experience. Daughters first massage and never asked her how much pressure she’d like and acted as if she was afraid to touch her. Was hoping for a better experience for her. People were very polite though.

My husband and I got a Groupon for a couples massage for Valentines Day and were finally able to use it. We both have conflicting schedules and the spa was booked out pretty far. Our Groupon expired in May but the staff allowed us to still use it as long as we had booked before the expiration date. We both agree the massages were good and worth the cost of the Groupon. I didn’t get my person’s name but they did a great job and I was fully relaxed. I did feel it was only 4 stars worth because the pool area and hot tub were nothing to write home about. They were comparable to our community pool and hot tub in our neighborhood. Also I know it is not the spa’s fault but being we had to walk between 3 different buildings, on a hot sunny day took away from the relaxing experience a bit. Overall a decent experience.

Great couples massage! Service was fantastic and everyone was super friendly. Everything geared to making it relaxing even up to the heated bed. We got this on a Groupon and also received champagne and access to the pool afterward. I got the feeling most people skip on the pool and take the champagne home. We loved it that way though as they graciously accomadated us and we had the champagne and pool to ourselves!

Gary was my masseuse and it was apparent he has an abundance of anatomical knowledge and an incredible awareness of his clients. I appreciated how he checked in with me and talked me through what he was doing. He is very dedicated to his practice and was so interesting to talk to. We had some great conversations, loved talking to someone who grew up on the East coast!! I personally had Paul as my massage therapist and he was incredibly professional and worked on every area that I requested and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. I don’t even believe this lady has a license ! All she did is talk and rub lotion on me. I should of walked out but was there with other family and didn’t want to make a scene. They also charge 18 percent of full price of massage and facial for tip. So basically you tip them before your service.
