Critical: ProfessionalismI made a appointment for me and my wife at 12:30 pm for 2 pm. Was never asked my name nor how long of a massage. We get there at 2 pm on my only day off by the way. I work 6 days a week 12 hr shifts. We were asked to wait another 30 mins. Not very perfesionaly if you ask me. And not a very good first impression. A friend of mine recommended SV Massage, so I thought I would give it a try. I live in town and like to support new local businesses. My first impression was fantastic. The girls greeted with me warm smiles, they were so fun and bubbly, I felt a very positive vibe from them. The salon was very neat and clean, painted with warm colors, and it felt relaxing, which was really nice.

This place is great. The therapist are very skilled and offer soothing massage to intense sports massage. The location is very convenient and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Fortunately I have been receiving massages from Lili for years. She gives a wonderful massage and I always feel so loose and relaxed after. I really recommend this place. You won’t find much nicer people anywhere.

Worst massage I have ever had. I went for a 20 minute neck and shoulder massage on my lunch break. I am 20 weeks pregnant and they made me lay flat on my stomach, which wasn’t that big of a deal, just a bit uncomfortable at this stage. They did not offer a sit up table unfortunately. The massage was sooo painful and hard, the woman was digging her thumbs into my neck and head, digging her elbows into my back. I kept asking her to please go lighter and that it was too hard, however she did not understand me and continued on. It was causing so much pain that my palms were sweating and after the massage my neck and trapezius muscles were spasming and I am majorly sore this evening. I will never go back and will fork over more money for a decent massage next time. Big mistake.

During my massage (when I was exposed lying in my stomach) someone just opened the door and stood there saying sorry….a couple more times the door was just opened and my masseuse would speak to this person. Very uncomfortable and creepy. Will never go back. Super wierd.
