I went to Scottfree to get my hair bleached then died purple and cut. There must’ve been some kind of scheduling error because they were RUSHING to get my hair done. I ended up being tossed around 3 or 4 stylists. Two people were doing the bleach and really rushing and yanking my head around. It ended up sooo uneven and yellow. It ended up being covered up by the purple and looked fine when I left the salon, but less than a week later, the purple had faded and was very uneven and yellow/brassy. Now the roots are purple and the rest is pink/orange. Also a whole section near my temple was skipped and wasn’t even dyed purple. I was quoted $185 over the phone, but when I checked out I was told it was $310!! Outrageous for a shoulder length cut and bleach/color. Especially for it being semi-permanent and done very poorly. It only lasted a few days! Im so disappointed. I’ve never had my hair dyed a fun color before, but I know it should last more than a week. I’ve never left a bad review before but this was BAD…
