I cannot express how incredible this place is!! The people are incredible and the atmosphere in that place is one of the most friendly environments I have been in!! I have an autistic son and haircuts have been a traumatizing event for him since he was a little boy. Miranda not only cut his hair exactly the way he wanted it but she took the time to find out what he loved and had a whole conversation about his hobby and then took the time to stop and ask his input the whole time she was cutting his hair. I highly recommend this place not only because they are good at what they do but they CARE about the people that come in!! Amazing experience!!!

The people at this business are so kind and so nice it’s just something you don’t normally see. They were so helpful with having us finds the place and it’s a beautiful place everything about the experience was wonderful except getting her hair done. My daughter was getting some white put in her hair and ended up with one big glob of orange in the front and a terrible haircut I ended up with a terrible haircut. I wish you could just pay to go talk to these wonderful people but now they’re just not good with here and nobody their uses a razor!

I had an appointment this morning with Myia. I showed up to the salon and overheard her talking to another stylist about scheduling issues, before I got to the chair. I have been getting my hair highlighted for 25 years, never has this happened to me. I get in the chair and she asks what I want. I said full highlights with gradually adding in the grey in the future and a haircut. She said let me get you a quote. $250 and I said fine. She said, because of time I can only do a partial highlight, fine. She decides to strand test, leaves it on ten minutes and says your hair is not pulling except in the ends and root. Full processing depending on the product, 25-45 minutes. The only thing I can do is cut your hair, you will have to let the box dye grow out. At this point, I was humiliated. I have used box dye every winter to go dark for 25 years. Never have I had this issue or anyone say anything like this to me. I was thinking, so only virgin or professionally colored hair can be done? She cut my hair, which at this point I just wanted to leave, but was trying not to argue or be rude. I paid and left. Mortified. My hair is not unhealthy and like I said I have done this exact same thing every year. If she did not want to do it, she did not need to accept the appointment. Now I have a partially bleached spot in my hair and I need to go find someone to fix it. Humiliated and mortified.

I love the way my hair turned out and I had an amazing stylist! The only thing is I only got a bleach, tone, cut, blow dry and style and it cost me $315. After talking to a lot of my friends that do hair, they say I was ripped off. I’m not really sure but the price was extremely expensive for 2 bleaches, 1 tone, and the blow dry cut and style.

I asked for a simple blowout and curl. The stylist didn’t use any heat protectant on my hair, blew dry my hair totally flat, and then kept the curler around my hair for far too long probably causing damage. The curls fell within an hour, leaving my hair flat and dull looking.
