Courtney is the most unprofessional stylist I have ever been to. I am not the only one she has cancelled on at the VERY LAST MINUTE, WITHOUT SO MUCH AS AN APOLOGY! I was warned and didn’t listen, but now this is strike 3. There are way too many talented people to deal with this type of behavior. I think I should charge you a cancellation fee like you do to others!
