They were completely rude to my wife today (9-30) at 3pm. A stylist intentionally skipped her after she had signed in and waited over 15 minutes, even when the other stylist pointed it out. We are local and my son and I have also been in a bunch. We always tip well (came up in the service industry) and can’t believe how horrible they made her feel.

Most of the time I go there it’s good. The last few times not so much!! And today I went in there wrote my name down and waited and waited and waited to be past over by someone that just walked in that didn’t have an appointment and wasn’t in the their book at all!! And then they had the nerve to ask if I was mad as they proceeded to tell me I can’t be upset! Lol knowing I had somewhere very important I had to be in a timely manner! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirst day back after the second reopening in state. I’m sure they had a busy morning when we got there. Took my 2 year old in for a haircut. He hates hair cuts. Threw a huge tantrum and cried and screamed the whole time. Neelam was so wonderful, so skilled, and so patient with my son. My son refused the drape/ cover, moved his head, kicked, screamed, and wiggled. She was so patient, and accurate. She never lost her cool. Not once. She would wipe him off with a dry towel as to sweep off his hair. When he moved she would adjust. She did her best to soothe him, and me at the same time. She did a wonderful job on his hair cut. She was so thorough. Where most would have given up, she went above and beyond and took care of us. Best looking hair cut my son has ever received. Will not be coming back. Got here at 3:20 and was told there were 3 people ahead of us. It’s 4:53 and SIX people have gone before us. I said something and they said, “these other people came here before you.” They apparently came in before us and left. Okay, that’s totally fine, but had you told me there were 6 people ahead of my young child I would not have stuck around. I’ve only been here two other times. The first time there was a long wait because the hairdressers were talking far too long while not even cutting hair. The second time there was only one person cutting hair. I will not be returning again. I live in a small town and will definitely be driving to another town from now on. This is ridiculous.
