I have had really good experiences in the past but now I can’t even get thru to make an appointment. I have left messages before and I never got a return call. Then when I did get thru the one time the woman I spoke to was very short with me and said to call back next week. Seriously? She couldn’t set up an appointment? In fact before I could ask for one she hung up. Its too bad because I did like the way my hair was cut. Not sure what is going on there now but I think it best to take my business elsewhere.

Toni is my all time favorite. I’ve had the pleasure of having my hair cut by her for a number of years. Always friendly and professional and she takes the time to make sure the cut is high quality. I don’t know what I’m going to do when she retires but I wish her all the best and am just glad to have had the opportunity to get to know her and have her keep my from looking like a slub!

The girls here are great. They do an excellent job every time I go in. Definitely give them a shot next time you need a cut. Prices recently went up about 10% but it’s worth the extra to have a consistent experience each time. Been going since week one and haven’t had an issue yet.

Very very subpar experience. $19 +$5(tip) for haircut and neck shave. Felt worse than $8 great clips haircut. Beth was my hair dresser.

The girls at Scores do a great job. At other, cheaper places I am usually unimpressed with my haircut. But after about 8 cuts now, every one has been fast, perfect and no more than 10 or 15 minutes. Free drinks is a nice addition too.

Walked in during my lunch break. One worker was there eating soup at the register with no clients other than myself inside. She told me to have a seat and she’ll be right with me. I waited. She ate her soup. After 5-10 minutes of waiting and listening to her slurp her soup, I left. The customer should not be waiting in a situation like this. I realize she’s eating, but put your soup aside for 10 minutes and cut the customers hair instead of slurping on your soup and looking at your phone while the customer sits. Very unprofessional.
