The reviews are 100% accurate! Sarah is great at listening to what you want and making it happen. I had not been to a salon in more than 10 years as I was afraid of stylists getting it wrong, but Sarah knew exactly what I was asking for (shoulder length hair with layers). Bring a picture and she can make it happen. Great experience and I will be back!

They cancelled my first appointment. On the day of my second appointment, they text me 15 minutes before asking me to get there early, I replied that I was on my way. When I arrived a couple of minutes after 10, they confirmed my name and already had someone else in the chair. At that point, they started cutting the other person’s hair. They did not give me an estimate of the wait, apologize, or acknowledge me in any way. After 20 minutes, I left. They called later, almost 30 minutes after my appointment. They apologized, but it doesn’t fix the time, gas, and energy I’ve already wasted in trying to get a haircut TWICE and failing.

Sarah, the hair stylist is amazing! After years of trying different salons and stylist. She, by far is the most creative stylist I have ever used. ( Did find good ones in Austin, unfortunately the stylist would move or just lose their touch). I show her a picture of what I want and she gets it right every time! ( She’s not super chatty like most stylists and a cat wanders freely around the salon … The salon is modest but her work is great!)

I lucked up and found Sarah by doing a search online while trying to find a new stylist in the Austin area after my old one had relocated. I am very specific about my hair and how it is cut and looks. I called Sarah about a specific request I had and went in to see her for a quick consult before having her cut my hair and I was extremely pleased with my results. I have been back to her since my initial cut and the second cut was even better than the first. Sarah really listens to what I request of her and if she feels my request cannot be attained she is very honest about it and makes helpful other suggestion. She truly takes her time cutting my hair to make sure it looks great and that my requests are obtained. I also enjoy talking to her. I am beyond grateful for finding her and hope to be coming to her for a long time to come. Thank you Sarah.
