Tangi, did terrible with my hair. I had originally asked for a half split blonde. She left about half an inch of my roots, missed some hair, added the bleach after I was already under the blow dryer, leaving the messy strokes and different shade from applying at different times, did not center my bangs to my hairline, (hence not giving me the half split I asked for) rushed through my hair (and my hair is thick.) I understand that I was not going to achieve getting blonde in one sitting and that it would be a process considering my hair is a dark brown. But, the actual effort in that one service was not pleasant. After she washed my hair, she didn’t bother brushing it or drying it and I walked out with my hair SOAKED. Do not recommend Tangi.

If I could post no stars I would! My better half made an appointment thinking he would get a cut that he wanted and a slight coloring just added at the temples…his appointment was with Brenda….first she butchered his hair…he asked for the length in the back left ummmm at least 2.5 inches gone!!! Which just shattered me…Second told him “Honey you have a little Grey at the temples and I don’t have Grey coloring anyway” third was yakking with the other woman so much that she rushed him in and out….10 minutes in the chair ummmmm NO!!!! And if this cut is a feathered cut then she needs to revisit cosmetology school….

Sign out front says walk ins welcome. I called to see when the best time for me to come would be…anytime at all would have been acceptable to me…and I was told flat out no time would be good today, they were all too busy. They’re open til 7, if you’re going to advertise walk ins welcome there should be some time during those hours for a haircut. So I ask, why put out a sign that is definitely not the case? One star is way too many but no star was not an option…the woman that answered the phone needs a course in manners if she’s going to work with the public.
