Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had a 9am appointment with Shelby drove 2 hours for appointment not to mention i worked over night 12 hour shift. when i was turning in i called to notify i was pulling up. I was then told by Shelby that it will be about 30 mins she had an appointment that she didnt write down. ok no biggie its only 30 mins i thought. so im sitting there for 1hour 10 mins to be exact. i call an Shelby says can u come back at 11am. no i worked 12 hours drove 2 to get here an sat for an hour. the she proceeds to tell me that she forgot. when she told me 30 mins when i called that i arrived. when i asked why she lied she to about time frame she hung up the phone. Proceeds to send text. i will post pics on my personal page an i will be running an ad in picayune item how unprofessional she is. DONT LIE dont Treat people badly. When i pay very well an tip extremely well..
