Critical: Professionalism, QualityWould not recommend. Poor service times two. First Erin cut my 7 year old’s hair all wrong, it was not even. Someone else had to fix her mistakes. Second, made an appt online and when we got there, the hair stylist wasn’t even there that day. She did not even look at her schedule and know that she had appts booked.
