Great appointment. Dr. Bagley is very respectful and informative. Really put me at ease. His nurse was really nice to talk to. I liked that it was suggested to make an appt in a month for a check up if I need it as your calendar fills up fast. Said I could always cancel if I didn’t need it. Also like the system that lets you know if there is a cancellation and you may be able to come in earlier. That works really well. I will add that the receptionist is not friendly at all. She seems bothered by patients and was dismissive. I am sure you can do better.

I’ve been here several times since moving to the area and each time has been pleasant. The wait time usually isn’t too bad & once you’re seen in office it’s usually pretty quick. Though I have yet to actually see a dermatologist here the physician’s assistants seem pretty capable of handling any issues I’ve had.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and found this to be the most unprofessional healthcare experience that I have ever had. I visited this practice in November and December for patch testing and paid my copays in person, prior to seeing the physician (prior to the consultation and prior to the first patch testing session). This week, I received a text message indicating that I have a balance owed on my account, which is incorrect, as I made all payments in person prior seeing the physician. I called their billing department to correct the error, selected the option to receive a callback when a representative is available, and never received a callback. The next day, I used their live chat function to resolve the issue with a representative. The representative informs me that there “are no reflecting payments on the account” and they are “not sure what happened here.” Now, I have to go through my card statements to furnish proof of payment to a practice that should have this information on record. This builds on an unprofessional and disorganized experience that started with the consultation.When I made my appointment, I informed the practice that the reason for the appointment was patch testing. They scheduled me for the Warren location and assessed a $50 copay for the consultation, only to tell me that they do not do patch testing at this location at this time and don’t know when they will resume patch testing. Why are you holding consultations at this location for a service you don’t currently offer? The other locations were 40 mins from me, minimum. I called to request a refund, as this office essentially brought me in to tell me they couldn’t offer the service in Warren–a notification that could and should have been made via telephone, so I didn’t have to take time out of my workday to come in for nothing. The office moved some things around to accommodate patch testing in the Warren location, which I appreciated. The first patch testing appointment (on a Monday) went well, and I was supposed to return on Wednesday. I woke up to an automated message early that Wednesday morning indicating that my appointment was cancelled. I called to attempt to reschedule and the office told me they didn’t have a physician present who could do the test and that they “didn’t know” what I could do. Please keep in mind that patch testing is a time-sensitive series of appointments. To receive a text message indicating that the second of three appointments had been cancelled without the practice reaching out to attempt to reschedule me/handle the issue was totally unacceptable. The reason for the cancellation was due to the provider being out sick, which is 100% understandable. What is not is that I had to reach out to them the morning of and was ultimately only rescheduled for Verona *because* I reached out to them and suggested that I go to another office, so as not to nullify the test. They needed to have made contact to attempt to coordinate alternative care delivery, knowing that their provider was out, but they did not. I drove 50 mins to the Verona office and ended up having to drive to the Morristown office on Friday for the final reading instead of being able to be seen in Warren, as promised by this practice. I want to emphasize that the clinician staff was very kind and effective; it’s the way that this practice handles communication (or really, lack thereof) that I take issue with. I could have left a negative review detailing my experience when I was given the runaround and shown a total lack of regard during the patch testing process, but I opted not to and simply resolved that I would never work with this practice again. However, now being in the position where I have to go through my records to find and provide proof of payment to this practice–something they should have on file, I have never had this issue with any other practice–is reflective of just how poor a client experience this is and warrants a review. It has been one unacceptable and unnecessary inconvenience after another with this practice.

There should be an option for no stars. The healthcare provider did not tell me the biopsy would create a scar nor did she tell me it would require stitches. They sent me home with a print out that did NOT describe what they did in the office that day. I am actively seeking to file a complaint with the AMA and an attorney. They should not be able to treat patients.
