I met with Dr. Ami in February, she gave me 2 medications, bot did not work. I went back for a second appointment told her the medications weren’t working, spoke more to her assistant than to her. She spent 3-4 minutes with me (I think I’m being gracious) and handed me a pamphlet for out of pocket procedures, told me to continue the meds that weren’t working. Fast forward to August, still no real healing. Called to complain, said they would waive my co-pay but no one was in to help until next week. What entire office goes away at the same time? Don’t waste your time or money here unless you want your skin to get worse. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

I went here for help situation got worse with every visit. Told the doctor the meds she’s recommending isn’t working. For over 3 months I went to a new place finally. It took them 2 visits and they fixed my issue I had in 2 visit. My biggest problem is with billing from these people. Seem like they can’t figure out wat you real owe . And they will write you a year later saying you owe a payment. Like a whole year are you people crazy . And note it’s not the first Time having payment issues with them. There not worth the headache and stress. Just find some place else.
