This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a medical office. From my first interaction with the receptionist to the moment I walked out the door, the staff was very friendly and enjoyable to speak with. Monica walked me back to the room where I was seen and she was amazing at answering all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Dr. Gordon was thorough and also very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a dermatologist!

It’s a shame because I was very excited for this appointment and ended up walking out and won’t return. I knew it was a cosmetic procedure and discussed pricing with the receptionist when scheduling my appointment. I arrived promptly at 5:10 for my 5:20 appointment. I sat in the waiting room (wasn’t a busy waiting room – 1 person arrived after me). I sat there for approximately 40 minutes, called in around 6. Spoke to the nurse as to why I was there and when I told her why I was there, she took a picture and then said she would review the photo with the PA and provide an estimate. While I was already annoyed by the 40 minute wait time, I still was excited for my appointment. The nurse then returned approximately 30 minutes later at 6:30, so that is now 1 hour and 10 minutes since the time I was supposed to have been seen.

Lovely staff, no wait time in waiting room, terrific communication with texts, emails etc. I see Molly Orden, a PA there and she’s fabulous. Very knowledgeable, efficient, explains things well and a confident personality. She’s very personable and comforting. I highly recommend this office and especially Molly. I would also like to say, her assistant Sasha was lovely.

I always recibes the best experience while scheduling my appointment. The staffs go up and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The front desk staffs are very professional and welcoming. There is never a long period of time to see the doctor. In addition, the doctor never rush you out and address all of my concerns. I truly recommend the Paramus office.

Dr. Patel is amazing. She is so thorough and patient. She really takes her time with each patient. Office staff is always super friendly and professional. Also, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Overall a clean and organized office.

We just had our first visit with our 6 year old son. The secretary of our son’s pediatrician highly recommended Schweiger on her personal experience. They staff and the physician were friendly and professional. The office is specious and very clean. The waiting time was very reasonable. Just a few minutes after signing in. I will be making an appointment for myself next and spreading the word.

Got me in quickly which was a plus. Saw PA . Aliza. Made an uncomfortable comment about “not being responsible for me getting pregnant” when I asked a question about birth control. Extremely rushed consultation, highly do NOT recommend. Would not give my prescription to my usual pharmacy. Sent it to a New York pharmacy claiming it would be easier. Made me wait over 24 hours to even hear from pharmacy, that was not eligible to give me prescription because it was not even based in NJ. All with a sever uncomfortable rash on my face. Had to call to request to send to the correct pharmacy. Still waiting for prescriptions. Don’t understand why this happened and it is extremely aggravating.

Really horrible experience. Booked an appointment for a condition for my daughter. She was previously seen by a PA who left practice. Came back for a follow up after waiting months for an appointment and they don’t treat her condition and blamed it on the call center being out of the country. Poor front desk and didn’t care for the doctor at all. Didn’t even look at my daughter but collected a co-pay and billing insurance. Will not return
