This visit was fast, the stuff were pleasant, cordial professional. I was very happy with the outcome and it did not require any follow-up so I felt like it was appropriately dealt with I had gone to them regarding moles on my face. They were able to identify and remove them using a freezing technique. I was grateful for their expertise. The only difficulty I had was getting a hold of them regarding scheduling an appointment. I left several messages before I was able to get a hold of somebody to schedule an appointment

This visit was my first time here and I’m very pleased with my visit. I saw Dr. Shannon and she only spent about 5 minutes in the room with me but in those 5 minutes explained absolutely everything and answered every question I could’ve possibly had. Gave a very clear plan of care and helped me set up a check-up appointment in a month. Described all my prescriptions to me and how to use them, as well as what they do. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful and made my visit that much better!

Office visit waiting are quick, that’s a plus. Doctors and staff are very nice. They are courteous and show mush concern about what you are going through. I have a rare decease that cause’s itching, blisters, and crusty sores and there is no cure. The Doctor makes good recommendations for medications. Came in to take out some “skin tags” that the urgent care in EHT told me that I had. But the dermatologist right away told me that they were in fact warts. I arrived at 12:15 and My appointment was at 12:30 and I left at 12:45. I was there for no long than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. It was my first time going to a dermatologist and to be honest the best experience I had at any doctors.
