Absolute WORST doctor’s experience of my life. Had a surgery done here for which stitches were placed in and were meant to be removed in 2 weeks. They cancelled the appointment for removal without a reason why and then would not pick up the phone for weeks when voicemails and messages were left. The stitches grew into the skin and were extremely painful. Eventually the practice picked up their phone months later and said I could have the head of the practice fix redo the procedure that was never properly done. I came today to have it fixed with the appointment they gave me over the phone. They said the owner of the practice is out of the country and I would not be seen by him today. And that if I wanted to be seen they would bill me all over again for a consultation and would need a separate appointment to redo the surgical procedure. Sooo I spent a ton of money here, am left scarred and in pain with the same conditions I arrived with only with more pain and scarring. Absolute worst experience with doctors and customer service here. AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!!

Dr. Olumesi was very professional and friendly. There was almost no wait time and all my information was already in the system so I did not have to fill out additional paperwork. Her office staff is efficient and professional. Dr. Olumesi is kind, courteous, and patient and answered all my questions providing information on things I did not understand. I’m happy I’ve found a wonderful doctor whom I can rely on to take care of all my skin concerns in the future.

Dr. Kehinde Olumesi was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions and even gave me additional tips to improve my daily skin care routine. I could tell that she really cared. In addition, Dr. Olumesi and all staff members, from the front desk to all other members of the medical team that I encountered (even those in the hallway!) were positive and very friendly. This was a great experience!

Went to Schweiger’s dermatology a couple months ago for an annual skin screening. I’ve had them previously and it’s always been covered as an annual preventative exam. When making the appointment, I double checked with the person on the phone before making the appointment that this would be an annual exam and they informed there would be no fee or co pay. After my appointment, I also verified this again with the woman at the front desk who agreed there is no fee or co pay because it’s preventative. A month later I receive a bill and when I called their excuse to me was that this is a specialist office so therefore it counts as an office visit. Whether or not this is true doesn’t account for the fact that I was told on multiple occasions there would be no fee or co pay. Had I known, I would not have made an appointment here and I would have gone elsewhere. I tried speaking with someone at Schweiger’s who said that they would escalate the situation and get back to me. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything but I received another bill for the same amount. Thanks for nothing I guess. Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not be returning. Extremely unethical.

I went to Schweiger for a series of treatments for painful Keyloid scars and cyst removal. I was scheduled each time with a Physician’s assistant who cancelled multiple appointments at the very last minute. One time, when I had a cyst removed on my ear she put in stitches that were not dissolvable and were supposed to be removed within 2 weeks. My appointment was cancelled, The PA and office would not pick up the phone for me, answer any messages or return any phonecalls to return to get the stitches removed. The stitches started to grow into my ear and became painful and my ear very swollen and disfigured. My husband had to remove the stitches for me at home because the doctor would not return any phonecalls to make an appointment to come in. Finally after 2 weeks after my husband had helped me to remove them, they called back and said I could make an appointment 2 weeks further out (4 weeks from when they were put in). This doctor’s office is awful. How could you leave stitches in and not remove them? My ear is permanently scarred from them and worse than when I went to them. You will be just a number and a Dollar Sign to this dermatologist.

After booking an appointment , putting all my notes in the booking, then driving and waiting an hour, I was told one of my concerns would result in a consultation fee, I declined. Then 5 minutes later the nurse came back in and said my other concern would be a consultation fee, declined. My third concern was then also a consult fee. I asked for a general price for the procedure, they gave me a range. The actual price after the 5 minute consult was 5x the initial range. Total scam of a doctors office

Horrible office and experience. Office refuses to accept calls so all calls go to a call center that isn’t allowed to transfer patient calls to the office directly. The office never returns calls or messages. Unacceptable and unprofessional way to run an office. Wasted trips and time here because of an insurance issue, which could have been prevented had they been willing to answer the phone.

Went for laser treatment and got a significant 2nd degree burn on my face during the procedure. I now have a permanent burn scar on my face that will require treatment/money to even somewhat fade away. Anoosha was doing this procedure and now she doesn’t want to take accountability for her mistake, She offered me “complimentary” treatment for the scar for around $700, so I would be paying for her mistake. She also offered a refund 2 months ago and I never got it. I was burnt and sent on my way with a permanent scar on my face. I had job interviews going on at that time and it overall just ruined daily life. I reached out to Anoosha several times via email and she only responded with how much treatment would be costing me for this scar. Go somewhere else they will gouge as much money as possible and they don’t have doctors that can correctly carry out a procedure.
