I was a first time patient and made an appointment to see Dr. Goldberg. I knew ahead of time I would not actually be seeing the doctor himself because when I made the appointment online there’s a drop-down warning that tells you you will be seeing one of his associates. I had no problem with this and my case was assigned to Erin Courtney. She was very prompt, courteous and efficient. She is very good at Dealing with patients and everything went even better than I had expected. I can highly recommend a Erin Courtney as a physicians assistant.

Short wait time is little to none each time I went. I’m in and out quickly yet efficiently. The NP I been seeing, Erin Courtney is great. She’s been taking care of my skin since September and my skin is progressing rather quickly! She’s sweet, professional, provides information I need to know for the present and the future while willing to answer any questions. Only thing I dislike is being unable to reach the practice/front desk directly. You would have to go through a third party and wait for a request or answer which is inconvenient. I hope they change that!

Probably the best dermatologists location I have ever been to, I’ve been in a few in Manhattan and this place was amazing. Very helpful, attentive, informative, would highly recommend. I really liked the paperless touchscreen for the documents. I also had a problem with my insurance and the pharmacy was trying to charge me $335, after contacting the Schweiger Dermatology Group, they were able to find me a location that delivered it to me for only $50! Love this place.

I saw Joelle today for my facial and she was absolutely amazing. She went over all of my concerns gave me amazing recommendations and has referred me to a laser specialist within the same practice that I am seeing in two weeks. I am someone who has been struggling with acne and acne scarring so I have been to my share of dermatologists, skin care specialists and plastic surgeons. And I am not one to write reviews but Joelle made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful that I knew I must share with others who are searching for a good skin care place.

I give Dr. Lal 5 stars for helping my daughter with her acne. Unfortunately, he left the medical group. My daughter was scheduled to meet Dr. Cicon for her second visit. He was there but never showed up to examine her. We waited an hour and then got a practitioner which is not who we scheduled an appointment with. The waiting rooms were over packed and it was clear they overbooked appointments. Not a good way to run a business. I felt like I was at a cattle call.

I needed to see a dermatologist since my previous one didn’t fit my schedule. I arrived at the office being unprepared, I had a rough morning and couldn’t remember where I left my referral at. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and they said that I could call my doctor’s office to fax it and I would be seen right away. I was taken in the room in under 30 minutes. Right away the doctor came in after the nurse and I told her everything that was wrong with my skin. She gave me recommendations about skincare that I should use. I told her about the otc allergy pills that I was taking and she suggested that I should use a different one as those would be stronger than the ones I’m taking. She prescribed me with couple refills of ointment and I was out in an instant! I made sure to stop by the desk to get a parking pass. Overall, successful visit and I’ll be making an appointment soon when I need to.

I’ve been seeing Joelle O’Connor since she joined the Hackensack location after seeing promotional emails and posting in the office while being treated for acne. Joelle is knowledgeable as she is sweet and I truly look forward to my sessions with her. I have really been seeing a difference in my skin and I feel like I’m finally getting (and seeing/feeling) relief for the skin issues I have been having. I highly recommend Joelle over just grabbing a facial at any old spa!

I came here a few years ago because I was told they were one of the best. The procedure left a huge scar which it wasn’t supposed to. Then they double billed me for thousands that took a long while to clear up. Fast forward to now I tried to get back in for an appointment. They have a 3rd party screening their calls which is extremely annoying. I left a message with two separate people to get a call back and nobody ever did. Needless to say I’ll be looking for a different dermatologist and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
