Very rude and all they said that it was normal and kept cutting my sister off when she was trying to talk to him and seemed very racist!! The assistance was worse and kept cutting us off over and over again and when I had to say something else they made the worst face. My 2 sisters and I had an appointment and it took us longer checking in because the person didn’t know what she was doing we ended up proving her wrong!! Never going back ever again!!
