I am or was a current patient, however it would seem the office is now closed permanently. I didn’t not receive a notice, call or letter letting me know ahead of time. I had an appointment and showed up early only to find the doors locked and the lights off. No signs anywhere indicating a move or close of business. It was very strange I can not get in contact with anyone through email or phone. And I need my medical records to transfer to anywhere else. I am at a loss.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI typically am not the one to leave these kind of reviews, but my personal experience and my sister’s experiences with the gynecologist, Dr. Floyd, have not been good. She is incredibly quick to judge and not personable, both of which are the opposite of the qualities I look for in a good doctor. She seems as if she just wants to get you in and out and she could care less about you/the experience. We both felt incredibly uncomfortable with her presence and that is the complete opposite of what you want when you visit these kinds of places. I want to be able to trust in my doctor and feel comfortable about it. I typically am not the one to leave these kind of reviews, but my personal experience and my sister’s experiences with the gynecologist, Dr. Floyd, have not been good. She is incredibly quick to judge and not personable, both of which are the opposite of the qualities I look for in a good doctor. Both spend time talking over different procedures and options with me. They’re gentle and professional.This is an extremely relaxed environment. I have been going to Dr. Schilling for 16 years, but Dr. Sea has been Ob/Gyn for the past 3 years. This entire office is so professional, friendly, attentive, caring, and thorough. The facilties are wonderful. I feel safe in their hands. So Dr. Schilling infectious laugh and Dr. Sea’s wonderful smile always puts me at ease. Continue to serve as you do to the enture staff.
