Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went out on a limb and scheduled an appointment blindly with one of the hair dressers (Peyton). I was going for the baliage look and as I have very long hair I was kind of nervous. Additionally, with Peyton being so young I have to admit that I doubted how much experience she may have had. I went to my appointment as scheduled and I’ve got to say that I am highly impressed with her skills and my results. She took her time and I let her do as she pleased. I just showed her a picture of what I was going for and she did her thing. I HIGHLY recommend Peyton, my hair looks wonderful! The owner is very nice and the facility was very clean. The shop has a nice peaceful vibe and the ladies are all professionals. I went out on a limb and scheduled an appointment blindly with one of the hair dressers (Peyton). I was going for the baliage look and as I have very long hair I was kind of nervous. Additionally, with Peyton being so young I have to admit that I doubted how much experience she may have had. I went to my appointment as scheduled and I’ve got to say that I am highly impressed with her skills and my results. She took her time and I let her do as she pleased. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI don’t usually write reviews, but I am so disappointed at what was done to my hair. I know it was partly my fault for not saying anything in the salon. I went in to get highlights done. When the stylist started I could tell there was something off. Excuse me being blunt, but she struggled throughout the whole process. She had trouble as she was putting foil in my hair, she asked for help when mixing the color from another stylist. She didn’t know how much time to leave the color in before washing. She was unable to cut my hair when I asked, another stylist had to step in (I must say she did a great job, the other stylist, at cutting my hair). When I left there I knew my hair looked awful, I could see an orange spot in the back of my head, where the color was not left in long enough. None the less I paid and did not make a fuss. Now that I am going on about the 3rd or 4th week, my hair is orange where the silver tone highlights should be. I will definitely need a color correction. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am so disappointed at what was done to my hair. I know it was partly my fault for not saying anything in the salon. I went in to get highlights done. When the stylist started I could tell there was something off. Excuse me being blunt, but she struggled throughout the whole process. Critical: Qualitythe hairdresser peyton did a color correction on my hair which did not end up as a color correction at all! It just looked worse now … I told her I wanted to go for an ashy blonde look and the end result was a grey ash color …you could also see some spots of purple from the toner …not at ALL what I wanted . Would not recommend.

Critical: PunctualityMy wife booked an appointment 2 weeks ago with Peyton and also received confirmation. She was 15 minutes early and Peyton never showed up. Her co-worker also called her twice and she never answered the phone. As a new customer, this was not a good first impression. My wife booked an appointment 2 weeks ago with Peyton and also received confirmation. She was 15 minutes early and Peyton never showed up. Her co-worker also called her twice and she never answered the phone. As a new customer, this was not a good first impression. Our family plans were set aside for the day so My wife can make this appointment…very disappointed.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJessica is absolutely the best. I’ve had a facial before combined with a massage-which I highly recommend! Now though I spend the whole hour on a massage and schedule the facial separately. This is the best massage EVER!!
