My wife and I came here for the first time today after getting a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Rothman was excellent. Extremely professional with a great bedside manner. The entire staff was right on top of things from start to finish. Everything was seamless. They took us a few minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment. I can’t remember that happening too often from my experience. Lastly, the office itself is beautiful and spotless. I will not hesitate to come back for any future dermatological issues.

Love that I am under the care of an expert. Dr. Scherl takes the time to thoroughly explain what is going on with my “aging” skin and then provides treatments using the latest techniques/products that has my skin looking as good as it did in my twenties. The staffs’ customer service is 5 star from check in to check out. Finally, the office is pristine. I’ve been coming here for several years and feel so blessed to have found Dr. Scherl.

Courteous and prompt check in. Not a long wait to be called in from the waiting room. Once inside the exam room, though, the wait was more than 20 minutes for the doctor. But I still scored 5 stars because my experience with Dr. Laureano was terrific. Plenty of time; not rushed. She explained everything, answered all my questions. Talked about follow-up. So I didn’t mind a bit of a long wait to get the good personal and professional attention that she delivered.

I explained to the Doctor my concern and how i have been to other dermatologists and she immediately took action. She did not want to “try out” different creams, but rather get an answer to why i am getting hives around my face and body.
