We offer our guests luxury spa services and organic products in a unique and tranquil environment. We carefully hand-selected each product line, making sure they are free of parabens, animal by-products, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harmful colorants and fragrances, mineral oils, petroleum, and other harsh cosmetic chemicals. None of our products are ever tested on animals. I was given a gift card and came here for the “mud bath” experience. The staff was friendly enough, and the atmosphere nice, but for $85 all I got was a soak in a lukewarm tub that looked like dirty bath water, and a paper cup of water! For that expense, you would think it would include a glass of wine, a piece of chocolate, or at least a sparkling water. I was told they “diffuse” the mud in the water. If that’s your style, then don’t advertise it as a mud bath. Their products for sale in the lobby are also ridiculously overpriced. I know that spas are not cheap, but at others I have been to, I felt like the expense was worth the pampering I received. As a new business, they have a lot of work to do if they hope to compete.
