I got very lucky finding Katie and SNS. I’ve been putting off a real haircut for at least a year after falling out of touch with trusted talented stylists. After asking around, I took a flier on Katie and SNS. Went from drab and sad to a great cut and feel terrific. Today I’ve been on a run, cleaning house, moving pets and haven’t even brushed my hair, but I just passed a mirror and did a double-take. Please don’t waste your money there. The stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted- when the color came out wrong, she said she hadn’t understood what I was asking for. The owner got involved and made the color even worse, on top of being rude. Extremely unprofessional and overpriced- I now have to spend hundreds of dollars somewhere else to get my hair fixed. Their instagram pictures look so good because of their lighting, not because the color or technique is done well.

Erica was amazing! I have struggled with my hair for years. As I’ve aged, it has dulled in color. It is very fine and lacks body. She listened to all of these concerns and totally transformed my hair. I don’t know that I have ever been able to say I love my hair. After visiting Erica, I am truly loving my hair. She is incredibly talented and I would recommend her a millions times!!!
