Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted to try this shop based on the good reviews and nail pics. I went in for a acrylic nail fill-in with gel polish and a pedicure. I told them that’s what I wanted multiple times, the tech who did my fill in pulled out a pinkish powder for my fill-in and did really good job getting them smooth and painting. The polish I chose didn’t work out because it was too thin but she showed me one very similar and it turned out well. When I finally got to the pedicure part I asked for a price list because there are usually levels/types of pedicures. Also they don’t have prices posted any where inside the shop, you have to ask for the list. The prices look good not too exorbitant (see photo). So I’m adding it up in my head with tip. I go to check out only to be told my regular fill-in is actually a solar powder so that’s an up charge and the cost for a pedicure has gone up since the list was printed. Mind you I never asked for nor was I told they were going to use solar powder. Apparently that’s all they offer now but they don’t tell you that. I wanted to try this shop based on the good reviews and nail pics. I went in for a acrylic nail fill-in with gel polish and a pedicure.
