This place has to be the worst nail shop in horn lake. i went monday 11/14 for a full set. not even 2 days later they start to randomly pop off. the service was horrible, they did not clean nor use new tools. i most definitely believe they started talking in a different language mad because i kept asking to go shorter. if i could give it 0 stars i would.

Called this nail shop because I wanted to see how long the wait was. He told me no one was in shop and that I could get serviced right away. I arrived at 5:30 and needed to leave around 6 for dinner. I did not have anything on my nails, so I didn’t need a soak off or anything. When I arrived, there were two women sitting inside – one being serviced, the other was not. I sat down and the man that answered the phone started walking around. Eventually he came over and started working on my nails. After he buffed, filed, etc., he walked away. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe spot is clean. They were crowded with only 3 techs so it is a bit of a wait. I had the gel spa pedicure. I had cute decals but they didn’t have experience putting them on so just got my big toe. The pedicure was really good they use clean tools. The spot is clean. They were crowded with only 3 techs so it is a bit of a wait. I had the gel spa pedicure. I had cute decals but they didn’t have experience putting them on so just got my big toe. WHEN CUSTOMERS ASK FOR YOU TO FIX, YOU DON’T ARGUE WITH THEM !I told them they were crooked and he argued that they were not..super glued my whole bottom thumb,lady tried fixing,but not well enough. I decided to go home and fix myself and didn’t even let them paint my nails. Not happy for$35.00 +5.00 to for lady. I would give cero stars if I could. Paid $45 dollars for a pedicure and the guy didn’t even push my cuticle,he had a bad attitude when I asked him to do it, I didn’t even let him finish and left with a half pedicure but he charged me for the whole thing.My sister was with me and he said one more employee was coming but after 10 minutes we told him my sister couldn’t wait any longer and he started speaking to himself in another lenguage,like he was mad about my sister not getting the pedicure done,he ended up charging me another $12 just to soak my sisters feet in water with some green salt,I also noticed that the files and buffers they use aren’t new,they use them in multiple people and I told him about it and he became aggressive,that’s when I decided to leave.
