I wanted to go all blonde with previous highlights & my hair was pretty grown out and I guess she did a bleach and tone , my hair was left with 3 different layers of shades , top bleach , middle brassy & black strands , bottom ashy highlights, do not recommend at all. I got chemical burn so bad , they didnt wash all the bleach and toner off , my scalp was bleeding I had to go home take a shower & it was the worst pain ever , please go to professional salons .
