I love Sawgrass nails. All of the nail technicians are amazing. These women work hard every single day and have an adoring customer base to prove it. I won’t go anywhere else for dip powder/SNS. It lasts such a long time and my nails have never been healthier. The salon is always bustling with regulars but the ladies are still able to take walk-ins because they are magicians. I don’t know how they can balance it all but they do it with ease. Believe me when I say that they have so many regular customers. Their return customer base is huge. The salon is always populated. Clean salon, friendly and professional technicians, beautiful nails. Don’t take my word for it, pop in and see for yourself!

The person doing my nails argued with me when I requested my nails to be shaped the way I normally had them. She then left them ragged at the tips -even after using a machine to sand them down, which I don’t like because they make the nails too thin causing them to break. She ignored me. I dared to question the dust left all over them (it ruins the contact if the gel is applied to a dirty surface, causing them to chip and peel -which has happened to me so that’s why I asked for her to clean them). The response I had was horrific. I would have NEVER spoken to a client like that. My pedicure was also ruined because she put my sandals on before my toes were dry without a proper spacer-which I know they had because my mother in law’s nail technician put them on her. I’ve never had an experience like this at a nail salon. Apparently she was the manager which made it all that much worse. Someone else finished my nails because I was going to leave and get them finished at another salon. This is only a summary of my service today. Sadly is was actually worse.

The women at Sawgrass Nails are amazing. They were great at asking what I wanted with my nails shape and no one can resist a good leg rub! Super sweet girls! Plus I left and 5 minutes later messed up 2 of my nails, went straight back and they fixed them, love it here!

I hate to be that negative person, but this was the worst pedicure I have ever had. This was my second time. The first time I made an appointment, and they made me wait almost 45 minutes after my time. The girl they put me with, “Trisha”, had a horrible cold and was sneezing, coughing and wiping her nose during my entire pedicure. She never made eye contact and she dug so hard into the corners of my toes that I bled and had to ask her to stop. Thought I would give it ONE more shot — huge mistake. Got the same girl, Trisha. When she ran the foot bath and told me to put my feet in, it was nothing short of SCALDING hot water, that I immediately yanked my feet out and screamed because it hurt so bad. I have a blister on the top of my foot – that’s how hot their water is and it blows me away that they don’t have a temperature regulation. If I wasn’t leaving on a business trip the next morning and really needed my toes done, I would have walked out. After all that, after about 15 seconds, she asked me to put my feet BACK IN while I could clearly see steam coming out. I reached in with my finger and it was still scalding hot. I told her “ just drain it” and start over. No English. She laughed and talked her language with the others. The rest of the pedicure was just painful so I just endured it. This lady needs to be fired, and they need to have temperature regulations on the water. For the Sawgrass location, they really need to hire professionals. These people are a joke. If I could give a negative five stars, I would. Go down the street to any other place and you will have a much better experience.
