Would not recommend. The last two visits received a lazy pedicure from same lady. Barely got a massage on one foot and forgot the other foot. Took a long break from my pedicure to do a wax for another customer. Barely exfoliatated all.

I purchased a gift card for a friend from Savy Nails. She was coming in that day to get her nails filled. I left them with the gift card to give to her, even left them her full name and showed both women her photo. They said that they knew her and would give her the gift card. Well they forgot and she paid full price and now they are refusing to refund my card. I didn’t receive a service and they are keeping my money. I had my nails done by them years ago and it wasn’t great, so I have no desire to use the gift card especially after how they have handled this situation.

I probably won’t be going back, they were very confusing and not friendly at all. They asked my sister to pay halfway through her manicure with no explanation as to why. And my full set is bumpy, round, and kind of cheap looking. However it was fairly fast and not too expensive.

I am very disappointed with the service here, me and my two friends came here for pedicures and to get our nails done, and none of the nail techs did what we asked, and overcharged us. Savvy is thorough and professional. However, I am often left waiting while they work on other appointments that have been double booked with mine. So I always have to take the additional time into account when scheduling appointments. At this time it is because they are slightly understaffed, but I’ve had this happen to me at this location even when they were at full capacity. Today, for the first time, I was charged an additional 5 dollars that my friend was not, and was told it is because my natural nails are longer than hers. Not sure what that was about, but it is still not an unfair price and I will continue to keep this location in mind when getting my dip manicures.
