I was excited to get my hair pressed for the first time in 3 years for my bday. The day of 1 hr before my appointment was set it was pushed back 45 mins which was inconvenient for me but I made it work. When I arrived I was rudely asked if I have a mask and that I had to have one. I informed her I was not aware that a mask was required to wear and that they make me sick, she insisted or I had to leave. I was very frustrated considering the Evidence and every scientist and most doctors with a brain have stated mask are not affective in stopping anything and that they are very bad for your health. So all the commotion was non sense. Due to it being last minute on a busy day I decided to stay even tho the greeter made it a hostile experience. The service was fine, the stylist was kind however I didn’t receive the hydrating deep conditioning that I signed up for and being that I was in such a rush I didn’t even think to remind her. My hair barely lasted 4 hours. So overall not the best experience.
