I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and I was blinded-sided by their super nice customer service. I had an awesome and personable conversation with Brooke and I’d recommend her a million times if I could. With COVID and all those kinds of procedures, be sure to schedule an appointment to make sure your wait time isn’t too long. Right of the bat, the store is astoundingly clean and laid out really well! I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and I was blinded-sided by their super nice customer service. I had an awesome and personable conversation with Brooke and I’d recommend her a million times if I could. With COVID and all those kinds of procedures, be sure to schedule an appointment to make sure your wait time isn’t too long. This place is my new go-to and it should be yours too!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this location a couple of times… It’s very large and beautiful, but also always empty. There tend to be only one or two staff members in the building. Today I went in between my shifts at work to try and get a quick eyebrow threading. The staff member communicated (poorly) that there was somebody ahead of me that was going to get their eyebrows done and that after that the staff would be going on a 30 minute break. I was left confused, and asked if I needed to return later which they confirmed. The staff member did not offer to set up an appointment with me or suggest a time that I could return to the salon. I’ve been to this location a couple of times… It’s very large and beautiful, but also always empty. There tend to be only one or two staff members in the building. Today I went in between my shifts at work to try and get a quick eyebrow threading. Critical: QualityTHIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST TIME!! I guess since i came in with a Groupon they gave me the most inexperienced threader. There are still small hairs around my eyebrows, i honestly should’ve just used an eyebrow razor since that’s what I’m going to have to do anyway. But that’s not all! I paid extra to get my neck threaded & now i have small cuts on my neck!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!THIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST TIME!! There are still small hairs around my eyebrows, i honestly should’ve just used an eyebrow razor since that’s what I’m going to have to do anyway. But that’s not all!
