Horrible. My app was with hector. The front desk lady told me he was late but another barber was gonna help and he was great. He left my son hair super short and he lost his curls. I’m so impotent and really mad!!!! I kept telling the barber please no more please no more!!!! And didn’t listen to me !!!! I paid 21 plus the tips to come back home with my baby without curls !!! Thanks to the front desk lady and her advise!!!

They do a good job giving you the haircut that you ask for, it is just that the wait is so long. Only go if you have quite a bit of free time on your hands, I think we’ll be looking elsewhere, or at least making an appointment from here on out. 2 hour wait!

Critical: QualityProbably the worst hair cut and beard trim I have had. I don’t review things but when you give someone detailed instructions and they still mess up especially on trimming my beard well that’s saying something my beard is long on one side and short on the other very uneven just the worst. I paid when I booking on line and then was charged another $11 in house which is not a lot but still just the principal of it. Mack was terrible. Aside from not listening to my request for how I wanted my haircut she also proceeded to cut half of my hair and leaving the other half jacked up and uncut. All the other workers are amazing and highly recommended. But I would never in 1,000 years ever recommend anyone go to Savages if Mack is the only stylist working.
