Critical: ProfessionalismI have been searching specifically for someone that can cut curly hair when this business name came up. I checked their website but did not find what I was particularly looking for so I went to the door. I understand the Covid procedures of locking the door until it is your appointment time, however, I felt dismissed! I knocked on the door and it took them some time to come, but again, they were busy and hairdryers were running so I get it, I had to wait a bit. When the woman came to the door, she barely opened the door, even though I had my mask on beforehand, I said I do not have an appointment but wanted to ask about making one. She abruptly replied “We are not taking any new clients, have a nice day” and shut the door! I walked away thinking I will never try again, I will find someone else, you will NEVER get my business!! She didn’t even try to soften the experience by saying I’m sorry, but we are not taking any new clients at this time, please check back with us in a few months…..just anything that would resemble some sort of human experience. Under 1 minute of interaction had made me so flabbergasted I had to write a review on just how little I was in that moment. If you love them, great, they can keep their snotty attitude! I have been searching specifically for someone that can cut curly hair when this business name came up. I checked their website but did not find what I was particularly looking for so I went to the door.
