Wonderful and very clean facility. It’s definitely a high-end place that decorates well and makes you feel comfortable! Throughout all of my appointments, every single staff member has been amazing and extremely helpful and supportive. At the time of this review, I just worked with Jennie and she’s absolutely fantastic. Definitely knows the ins and outs of her craft and takes pride in caring for her customers. I legit love going to this place!! Andrea has made EVERY experience such a pleasant one. I was extremely nervous the first time and she explained everything so thoroughly to me between the hair removal, the after care and just everything. She’s also extremely thorough with going through the laser hair removal and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. After one session, I saw SUCH a difference!! I’ve had every session with her and she always making sure I’m comfortable and at ease through the process. I also love the Hicksville location, every employee always has a welcoming smile. I would recommend getting laser but specifically at a Satori location as they are kept very clean! Loving my results!!
