I’ve searched all over to find the best establishment for laser hair removal and Satori Laser was the clear choice. First of all, it was my first time getting laser hair removal so I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a bit nervous about the process because my skin type is really sensitive and didn’t want to have a bad reaction to treatment. My technician, made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She explained everything to me and was able to answer all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable, and that made me even more comfortable and confident in my choice to go through with the laser treatment. I definitely enjoyed the process I went through, and finished 6 session so far (underarms, Brazilian, and arms),80% of my hair is gone. I am so happy I decided to get laser hair removal at Satori Laser. I highly recommend it, and you won’t be disappointed.

They definitely live up to the hype. Locations are clean, staff is incredibly friendly & accommodating + they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I used to dread my wax appointments, I don’t think I’ve ever dreaded a laser appointment with Satori, which speaks volumes. If you’re interested in laser, highly recommended booking a consultation at one of the Satori locations.

Very clean laser place this is the one located in Grand central (they do have several other location’s). I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years. Friendly staff ask for Catherine she is the best. Ps they give free coffee or tea while u wait.

I was nervous to go for my first appointment but as soon as I got there, I was so impressed by how unbelievably clean the location was and how professional the staff was. They walked me through the entire process thoroughly with a PowerPoint, then explained everything they did as they did it. I’ve been going every 6 weeks. Also I want to particularly give a shout-out to Lana, who is so kind, knowledgeable, and skilled.

This place in incredibly clean at all times, which is very important during these times. Everyone is so nice, from the techs, to the receptionist and they are always willing to work with you in terms of pricing. I started going to Satori because of a Groupon, but quickly started buying more sessions due to the fact that it really is an excellent laser experience. All of the staff are very sweet, patient and friendly and never fail to make the customer feel at ease and make the (sometimes) painful sessions go by quickly. Would highly recommend!

Look no further Satori Laser is the place to go. Ask for Katherine she is the best in her field. The equipment is top of the line, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, the office is Immaculate and the city treatment is seamless. I was referred to Katherine and Satori by a friend and I’m so thankful. I have received laser before and then no way was it even comparable to the excellent services I received at Satori. Ask for Katherine you won’t be disappointed!! But I have friends who see other specialist at this office and they rave about them just as much.
