Having someone who can help me deal with my wavy, curly (ish) hair without costing me a small fortune and my first born was great! I don’t know many people in the area but if you see this review and your looking for someone who’s trained for curly/wavy hair, I recommend Allison. She’s she’s friendly, sweet and her energy is very relaxing, as is the salon! I had an appointment with Allison today and I’m absolutely thrilled with how my hair turned out and the overall experience. Having someone who can help me deal with my wavy, curly (ish) hair without costing me a small fortune and my first born was great! I don’t know many people in the area but if you see this review and your looking for someone who’s trained for curly/wavy hair, I recommend Allison. incredibly I have to say it is the first time that a stylist do what Ariana did with me Ariana denied me a service for which I have to pay money because obviously the work is not free the products cost money I know that, by explaining something in detail and explaining all my point of view about my hair what I want sending her photos and trying to have a pleasant experience with my hair she told me that she could not assist me because she felt that I did not believe in her work because of the voice messages that I sent her by Instagram messages that I still have and I can show them so that you can tell me what was wrong with those messages I had never been through that I never felt bad I felt belittled for no reason just for wanting to explain in a very good way what I thought I wanted etc. I can’t believe it. I love her work. It took me a long time to find someone on Instagram that I would look at and say ok, this person could be the right one to do me. and the blonde color because that’s what I always do but I’m new to Pennsylvania and I hadn’t found anyone the truth that was too unprofessional and very rude that hurts because she doesn’t know me I’m a super kind and super person really friendly I hope she never does that to someone else will lose her clients and the truth is I was interested in her doing my hair but I had never been through this disappointing if she can hear customer complains or the point of view of what we as customer wants oh wishes then she must give up.

I recently went to Sato to have gel nail extensions done. I bite my nails so they are a bit short of course. I was told the nails would last and they came off very quickly — however, the customer service I received was incredible. The salon was quick to get back to me, kind, and was able to make the situation right. I would still definitely recommend Sato to a friend, and I do believe Arianna is quite talented at nails.

Critical: QualityI got a deva cut yesterday by Allison H and my hair is ruined now. I went in with slightly uneven hair and came out with hair thats COMPLETELY different lengths. It looked okay at the salon but when I did my own hair today I noticed how terrible the cut actually is.
