This place has the worst costumer service ever along with having Karen Williams as a horrible owner. She doesn’t know how to treat clients with respect. She was extremely rude! I had a groupon that was given to me by my husband, I tried to make an appointment, I called several times for at least two months and no one ever returned my calls. Making an appointment was impossible and more than frustrating. When I tried making one online I got a notification that my appointment was not booked, I tried contacting them online and I was treated with disrespect and rudeness. Not only were they extremely rude to me but they didn’t want to set an appointment and blocked me from contacting them. Clearly they don’t care to do business and have poor customer service skills. On the phone they were just as rude. I will be filling a complain on the BBB and the board of barber and cosmetology. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I had such a wonderful experience here. My nails still look perfect after a week of traveling and training. Typically I chip within 2 days. Plus I had a great time chatting and relaxing. No rush at all and the sugar scrub felt great. Looking forward to returning.

I purchased 3 groupons, one for my wife, mom, and sister for Mother’s Day. It was impossible to make an appointment. They don’t want the new business. My wife did talk to someone on the phone, and they were very rude to her. I’ve never seen anything like this. They advertise and solicit new customers from groupon and then they don’t want to provide the services that have been paid for on groupon. False marketing and deceptive business practices. I’m filing a complaint with the board of barbering and cosmetology!

The facial I purchased on groupon never said it was a half and hour facial. It was not good product the only thing I can say that was good was the hot towel. The massage was horrible, way too light, and it was not in alliance with the facial muscles, or she didn’t try. Sorry nothing good to say.
