I went in a few weeks ago and showed her my hair. I told her I wanted a light all over brown. She told me we would do what it took to get it the way I wanted. At that time I scheduled my appointment for today. I go in and tell her again what I wanted. She then proceeded to tell me it was too much for the time she had. So she put a very dark color on my hair which was not even close to wanted. The whole purpose of going to get it fixed was because I am going away next weekend for my husband’s birthday. I still have multi colored hair just more black. When I got home I had to use finger nail polish remover to get the color off of my forehead and out of my ears. I’m not sure if this normally how she works or it was a fluke. Just be cautious.
