Linda was disrespectful and harsh toward me. I had long hair when I came in and asked for it to be thinned. She said no. She didn’t cut it at the length I requested either. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was disappointed on the way I was treated in the chair. But other than that the place was ok.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have never gotten my hair done at a salon before cause I’ve always been scared they would mess my hair up but I went and saw PAT at sassy scissors and she was so great she was nice and respectful and she worked really hard on my hair to get it the way I wanted it my hair was pretty dark and she was not sure if she was gonna get what I wanted and she did it and did it well I’m in love with my hair and highly recommend pat and will be going to her from here on out. I have never gotten my hair done at a salon before cause I’ve always been scared they would mess my hair up but I went and saw PAT at sassy scissors and she was so great she was nice and respectful and she worked really hard on my hair to get it the way I wanted it my hair was pretty dark and she was not sure if she was gonna get what I wanted and she did it and did it well I’m in love with my hair and highly recommend pat and will be going to her from here on out. Linda was exceptional with my hair. The only thing that needs work is there’s so many ppl in there some days you don’t know who the workers are because most don’t greet you when you come in. Great salon and great beauticians.

My mom Pat Ping is disabled and lives by herself, she cant afford Home Health and her insurance doesn’t cover those services. She’s had a knee replacement and is a Diabetic, she was just recently in the hospital for around 6 weeks over complications caused by her Diabetes. I check on her daily and help as much as I can. A few days after her last visit here she was told not to come back over the phone. The employee who called said she was told to do so by the owner Traci Crabtree. Apparently mom does not meet the customer criteria for this establishment and we will not be returning. This is uncalled for and soo disrespectful.

Absolutely unprofessional and smelled like a cigarette inside. Came here with 2 very close friends that drove from London Kentucky. Both were going to have their hair done at 3pm. (Had an appointment) with Tucker Meece. If all went well, I myself was going to start coming here to have my hair cut and styled as well. Unfortunately we were told someone who was late got taken in and they could not get to us till 6-6:30pm. Tried our best to do something in Somerset and then came back at 6:00pm. Tucker was no where to be found. Other employees tried to get a hold of him by phone and text. NOTHING. Completely unprofessional. I believe we’ll just keep going to Lexington for these types of things. Still a drive but at least people stay organized and professional. People talked like he was a professional but as the saying goes, TALK IS CHEAP.
