HAIRCUTS ARE GREAT, BUT RUDE ON THE PHONE – I hate to go against the grain here, but something should be said over how to be polite on the phone while scheduling appointments. After two poor experiences with booking, the woman on the phone was very rude. The most recent call had a poor connection and I had to ask her to repeat herself one time. She raised her voice irritably and said, “WHO DO YOU WANT??” Anyone is entitled to have a bad day and slip up with politeness now and again, but poor interactions like this shouldn’t be commonplace when running a business. I never had this issue with Elite Six, and I sure wish they were still open. Please learn how to be consistently polite on the phone, and I’ll be happy to change my review to 5 stars.
