Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIf you want a funny haircut go here.My husband and I did a walk in, good thing he went first because I didnt get mine afterwards. The lady who cut his hair wasn’t a real hair cutter, I dont think she is a hair cutter. Also, she didnt have good customer service. She just cut his hair in silence and like she was nervous and she didnt know how to fade the sides (that’s common for men’s hair cuts.) We will never be back.Quoting her, “If you guys want to come back.” As in “dont come back” that’s how it sound……..like……….what?…..Furthermore, we paid cash and didnt get a receipt. So weird, she grabbed and money and just looked away. Per a coworker referral, I attempted to get a haircut with the same employee TWICE to no avail. The first attempt was made using the company’s Facebook “Book Now,” providing the employee’s name, specific day and time for service, my name, email address, and telephone number. Shortly thereafter, I received confirmation that my request had been received, but no further communication (e.g., appointment confirmation or rejection). Consequently, I decided to make a trip to the business at the scheduled day and time. Upon entry, I was informed the employee that I had scheduled was on vacation. Life happens, so I tried again.
