Not happy with my pedicure. Feet was not scrubed. Dead skin was not removed. Color was ok. Looks better in pictures. Kids had better experience. Do not clean chairs after each client. Message chairs are broken.

This woman with a name that’s starts with a “M” has such an awful attitude. When I explained to her that the acrylic residue was underneath my nail she threw a fit and started to yell in her language. I felt so bad and I would never want someone to go through what I did. I decided I didn’t want my nails and she started cutting off the nails in a hurry which ended up cutting pieces of my skin. I said “ouch” and the lady continued to put alcohol in the bowl and she got my hands and THREW my hands in the bowl! My cuts burned so bad that I couldn’t bare the stinging. They all have attitude problems and do not know how to listen to the customers concerns. I do not recommend.

I came for a pedicure it was my first time here the guy doing my pedicure cut me and my toe was swollen the next morning. I had called the nail salon for a refund and they offered for me to go there to have them put medicine on it? I didn’t feel comfortable doing that since they were the reason my toe is swollen. Went to urgent care and got prescribed antibiotics. Wouldn’t recommend they were nice but you’ll probably leave with a swollen toe.

I don’t know why I keep going back. People are nice BUT the work and wait time are ridiculously. Everytime I ask for design it’s never a good design. I don’t know how you are a nail salon but can’t do designs. Chance after chance today was my finally point. Never again will I get my toes done there. O on top of that after waiting over an hours they rush you out. I always tip but I seriously feel they shouldn’t charge me a design that doesn’t look nothing like a design I ask. Samples below! Mine are the red I asked for the design pix in pink.

I returned on Friday but Henry was not available. The older gentleman in front stall was going to do fill simple color and a simple flower design. Gentleman got upset grabbed nail polish I had picked out and told me I want you to move she is doing your nails in a loud tone. I was confused moved to the lady so she can do my fill. She was just as rude. Told me if you don’t like you come back in 4 days. My nails were not polished,just filled. My nails were bulky and square very ugly. I told her I was going to leave and she charged me 25.00. I left in tears to another salon they fixed my nails and I Will continue to go to them.

Tai is an amazing nail tech. He always does an exceptional job and makes me feel pampered. It was a busy shop during my visit, but I was seen right away. The only thing is the ladies need to be friendlier towards other guest, and work on greeting them. Still worth the visit either way.
