This isn’t an exaggeration: Sassy’s is the best nail salon for a basic manicure I’ve ever been to. Every technician has been kind, thorough, and meticulous. Even for one of the cheapest service options, they go above and beyond with cuticle care, lotion massage, nail shape, and total experience. May be the best kept secret in NWA – but it won’t stay like that for long.

I’ve had several different technicians and have always had a good experience with pedicures. They use a disposable plastic liner for the bowl and appear to have sterilized the instruments. The massage chairs help me to relax while they “pretty up” my feet. There is a language barrier but I’ve been able to communicate my wishes. Pedicure

UPDATE: I have had 3 bad experiences in a row, which I am surprised that I went back after 2 bad experiences. I really really liked this place, so I just wanted to chalk it up to coincidence. Maybe it’s due to COVID19 and the employees aren’t happy…I dont know. But, I do know 3 very sloppy work times in a row is a red flag. AND I have always tipped so I know it’s not something I have done wrong. I am going to make an appointment somewhere else this week and hope I have a good experience… Jan 2020: I’ve been here 3 times and each time was very good. They do get busy, so after my first visit I’ve called in appointments before going. There can be a language barrier issue, so be patient and know exactly what you want because you may have to ask multiple people for translation. Also, they have a stamp card program which tallies up all your visits for a discount. $35 for dip nails plus an extra $5 for cuticle cleanup.

Kind of disappointed.. I specifically asked him not to cut my toe nails and he cut them super short.. when i mentioned it he said I could pay for acrylic on my big toe… won’t be coming back. And I’m not one to make a scene so I just paid and left.. Manicure

Sassy’s Nail Salon they do good work but they really don’t talk to you and they talk over your head in their language that you don’t understand it makes me feel intimidated that they’re talking about me and laughing behind my back I think they’re customer service could be much better and the Decatur more to the White Community then they do us the black

Horrible experience. Just went in for a clean up, no polish. She spent minimal effort on my pedicure when she was doing it. Got up randomly several times to answer phones or whatever else during my service as well. Still charges me the full amount even with no polish. Horrible customer service. Never again.
