*go to Ivy Nails & Spa instead* Went to get my nails done today here (sassy nails) and the man doing my nails was extremely rude and deeply incompetent. I was getting a fill and after taking a HALF HOUR to remove my gel polish, I politely asked him to file my nails back into shape which is very standard and he was extremely irritable I asked him to, and then asked him to make them a bit sharper because he had rounded them too much (I get stiletto shape) he got more irritable with me, and throughout the whole process he kept thinning my entire nail over and over until they were getting very fragile at which point I asked him to not make them any thinner, and he got extremely angry told me he wasn’t doing that and when I showed him the difference between the hand he had done and the one he hadn’t yet he threw me out of the salon with unfinished nails and said “your nails are hard to do, good luck finding someone who can do them!” He also cut me pretty badly in the process. I have never had such a horrible experience in a nail salon in my life and just because that horrible old man has spent his entire life doing something only to be god awful at it doesn’t mean it needs to be taken out on me. Luckily I was immediately able to go to Ivy Nails and Spa down the road after calling them and telling them what happened and they did a wonderful job fixing my nails and were extremely nice, helpful, and actually cheaper! So go there instead!

We were a walk in and they were great about fitting us in. They were a little rough with my cuticles and nail beds and I had a lot of peeling skin after (which is unusual for me) but the polish looked nice and lasted longer than is usually for me.
