I have been going to this salon for about 7 years. After Covid I stopped getting acrylics sets but regularly went for pedicures. I recently decided to splurge and get my nails done for my upcoming maternity shoot. I went in and asked for almond shaped nails with a dark green French tip. The nail tech made my nails round, I asked her to change them to almond and she argued with me about what almond meant. She also used white acrylic powder which caused a stark line of demarcation under the green tips. After she had done a few fingers I realized there was nothing we could do about this so I told her to just do solid green instead. Instead of removing the polish from the tips of my nails, she just put another coat over the entire nail causing all the tips of my nails to look even more bulbous than before. Not to mention my nails were different lengths and my hands did not match each other whatsoever. I left extremely upset and dissatisfied, and I promptly went to a different salon to get my nails fixed because I was tired of arguing with this woman, and I was very tired of her attitude. She rushed me through, and I understand being short staffed but, I should not have to settle for ugly nails and pay full price simply because the place is understaffed. I’m sad to say that after seven years of being a regular customer, I will not be back. The salon has gone downhill in a big way, it has become a quantity over quality type of nail salon.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I just actually left this place I’ve been a regular customer for 3 years now. Today I had an appointment at 10:15, I called to let Denise ( the nail tech) I’d be 5 minutes FIVE, late. They just opened at 10am!!!!! Well I got there at 10:20, and someone is getting a full set in front of me, I was waiting until 11:55AM to have my nails done!!!! Not to mention Denise usually takes her time & today she did my nails in 30 minutes, 2 of my nails are bleeding, one hand is longer then the other and oh all the paint is clumped!!! I made an appointment for my daughter to have her nails done for prom with Crystal. When my daughter arrived, she was pushed off to another tech who rushed through her nails, and over charged her for services. When I called and also came in with pictures I was told that my daughters nails were extra long and special shaped, hence the reason for extra charge. I have attached a picture. My daughter received a basic service and was charged for extra services. My main issue with this salon is they took advantage of a high schooler who works really hard for her money. Shame on you guys!!

I’ve been to sassys many times and i’m only writing this review because it’s not the first time i’ve had an occurrence like this. I set an appointment about a week ahead of time with a specific nail tech. I got to my appointment on time and was sat down but waited 30 minutes for anyone to come even talk to me. I was put at a nail station that was completely disgusting, dust, cut nails other debris and the plexiglass shield sitting on the table were all dirty(as pictured) I had ended up dealing with three techs in total. One who filed my nails, one who applied the tips who was supposed to be doing my nails but said she was ‘busy’ and asked if it would be alright if someone else did my nails. I’m pretty easy going and wouldn’t normally mind so i said it was okay but then had to wait another 15 minutes for the other tech to come actually do my nails. My nails turned out great and i’m happy with how they look but I am pretty upset with the customer service. As someone who has spent plenty of money at this establishment and always leaves a good tip I was left feeling as though I was uncared for and upset with how unclean the first station I was placed at was. I love sassys and I will be going back to give it another shot but if I am treated as though my business there doesn’t matter I will be seeking out another salon:(

I absolutely love d she is the best one there she makes your nails nice and thick however you want it she designed so good and it’s affordable she’s been doing my nails over a year now and I love when she does them and she makes you just the place her everybody and it makes you feel at home like you want to come back it’s so pretty in there everybody so nice D is the best

Sad to say I have been coming to this place for a while now and the last two times were not that good at all . The lady who did my nails was very nice so that’s one good thing. Just had my nails done yesterday. I had a full set done and a pedicure costed over $100. I noticed today that there’s a large gap between my acrylic nail and my nail bed also that some of them look oddly shaped. Actually a few of them and during the pedicure the girl forgot to put on lotion when I got the best pedicure package available which was the most costly. All she did was put on a salt scrub and warm towels after nothing to brag about.

Made an appointment with own ,when arrived she was going someone else’s nail, the place just opened for Day..My Daughter and I both had her nails done by someone else. We had this woman previously do them and she does a terrible job. Continuing the story, we had her do them again. I live in a different state. A day after I had them done, I returned home. Oh forgot to mention I had acrylic put on my nails. Two days after I returned the acrylic started cracking off my nails. That being the problem I had to go to my local nail girl to redo my nails. That cost me $ $60 plus there and another $ 50 when I got home. So in one week it cost me $100. Now my daughter’s nails were done by the same woman, same disaster. Daughter called and complained, owner tells her to come back and the owner (herself)would redo her nails for free but they made the same woman redo them. When we originally had them done we did pay an additional charge to have a decoration on the nails. When they redone them they had the audacity to charge my daughter another $25 because she had a design done. Personally, none of my family will ever return to this place.
